- I can't log in to my account

Did you activate the
account? You must click the link in the email you got from the email
address admin@i-imagine.net.

If you don't see the email in a few minutes
after registering check your spam filter.
The email is always sent right after you register.

Some free email, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc have spam filters
that can block your email - check your spam blocker closely

If you are sure you entered the email
correctly send a message using the contact form. You will then receive a message
on how to proceed.

Did you forget your
password? Click the "I forgot my password" link on the log in page. You
will need to enter your email address that you used to activate your
account. An email will be sent from admin@i-imagine.net
with instructions for your new password. You can change the password
after you log in.
- I can't upload
- Be sure to create at least one album for your uploads. See
the Quick Start Guide for more informatiion.
- Images must be in
.jpg format. The size cannot exceed 2048 kB (2Mb). The screen size
can be as big as you like.
- You must be logged in
- I can't see my uploads
- Did you complete all of the upload steps? Each upload
must be placed into an album(s). Check the My Gallery link when you are
logged in. If you are not logged in check the Artist's Albums
pages.
- I want to make a private album
- Private albums are not allowed
- The Captcha is giving me trouble
(type two words for security)
- Get new words. Try clicking the icon for "Get a new
challenge"
- Use direct email to the address: admin@i-imagine.net
